Ingredients:
4 celery stalks
Juice of 1 lemon
1 pear
1 avocado
1 cup of water (adjust for desired consistency)
Instructions:
Wash the celery stalks thoroughly.
Peel the pear and avocado.
Chop the celery, pear, and avocado into smaller pieces for easier blending.
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
