Let’s talk about how to detox the liver naturally and healthily.

The liver doesn’t hold or store toxins—it gets rid of toxins. When we’re talking about a liver cleanse, we’re talking about getting rid of fat, inflammation, and scar tissue in the liver. These things weaken the ability of the liver to detox.

Beetroot’s betaine aids liver detox, turmeric’s curcumin promotes blood purification, and coriander’s chlorophyll eliminates toxins.

Combine these with hydration, exercise, and avoidance of alcohol and smoking for a healthier life.

Recipe :Simple and refreshing juice recipe for blood detox:

Ingredients :

– 1 medium-sized beetroot, peeled and chopped
– 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric root or 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– Handful of fresh coriander leaves
– 1 cup water
– 1 teaspoon honey for sweetness, if required

Method

Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
If you are using fresh turmeric root, peel it using a spoon, and chop it into smaller pieces for easier blending.
In a blender, combine the chopped beetroot, turmeric, and fresh coriander leaves.
Add 1 cup of water to the blender.
Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency.
If you prefer a slightly sweet taste, you can add a teaspoon of honey and blend again.
Once blended, pour the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp and extract the pure juice.

Transfer the detox juice into a glass and drink it fresh.

✅ Lemon
