What is it?
• Super-absorbent mineral based clay that is gotten from volcanic ash.
• Rich in nutrients such as magnesium, calcium, potassium.

How To:
• Mix equal parts ACV or Water
•Make sure you use non-metal mixing bowl & utensil! Do not use metal!!
* Do a patch test first if desired. I did 5 minutes my first time. You don’t want to leave it on too long, especially if you have sensitive skin! Listen to your skin and gauge how long you can tolerate. I wouldn’t go over 20 minutes but I typically do about 10-15 max.
