Baking Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

This is my favorite way to keep boneless, skinless chicken breast juicy and flavorfull.
1. Heat oven to 400°F, rack in center position.
2. Lightly butter a sheet of aluminum foil and a sheet of parchment paper.
3. (Optional: Rub a tiny amount of olive oil all over the chicken) Season chicken with your choice of spices, sauces, and/or lemon wedges.
4. Place aluminum foil in pan, followed by chicken.
5. Place parchment paper on top of chicken and tuck edges.
6. Bake 20-40 minutes until chicken is completely opaque and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
7. Leftovers may be refrigerated for up to one week or frozen for later.
